Why pre-order? 

The products have yet to be manufactured in order to keep any waste to a minimum. Once an order has been made, the production will begin. You will receive a confirmation as well as follow-up emails.

All products made by LIRONIE are limited edition. You may expect to wait up to two months before the delivery of your product. We promise, supporting sustainable small businesses is worth it.

Order cancellations and full refunds will be accepted within the first 14 days after your order confirmation.

Could I see the products in person?

We produce locally in France and are based in Paris, we are happy to organize a rendez-vous in our showroom to show you the collection.

Our shipping policy

Once the reservation has been filled, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. After verification with our suppliers and manufacturers, you will be informed of the estimated delivery time of your LIRONIE item. You will be regularly updated on the manufacturing steps and the progress of your order.

Colissimo delivers your product within the EU and express courier for the rest of the world. Each parcel has a tracking number. They are sent to the Customer's delivery address, which must correspond to his address of residence, any other natural person of his choice, or his business address.

INTERNATIONAL

For non-EU deliveries, customers are liable for any import duties, customs taxes, local sales taxes, and/or miscellaneous taxes levied by the country to which the goods have been shipped.

Do you deliver abroad? 

We are pleased to say that we ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kosovo, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your LIRONIE accessory has been manufactured, it will be processed by our warehouse within 1-3 days. Keep in mind we do not dispatch orders over the weekend and any order placed after 4 p.m. on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the country of delivery.

SHIPPING TIME: 1-3 business days

Occasionally orders may arrive in separate packages for multi-model orders, to no extra expense for you. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled - due to stock, payment issues or otherwise - we will contact you via email. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Goods may be subject to random customs checks which can extend delivery times.

Keep in mind LIRONIE can only insure your package through transit and the customer bears responsibility after delivery.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of France may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). As we sell in DDP, LIRONIE SAS is responsible for all Import Fees. If the carrier asks you to pay them, please email us at contact@lironie.com

If for any reason you refuse a shipment from LIRONIE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to LIRONIE.
